Timothy Grant Elrod received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Tusculum College and his Juris Doctorate Degree from Oklahoma City University. Tim is a Partner here at Ogle, Elrod, & Baril, PLLC and his primary practice centers around Family Law which entails every facet of family life from divorce to adoption; including but not limited to child support, custody, alimony, contempt, mediation, and orders of protection.

W. Levi Frye is a native of Monroe County, Tennessee. Educated in the Tennessee public school system, he graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2001 and Rutgers University School of Law in 2004. The entirety of his practice has been in the field of general civil litigation, with a focus on motor vehicle accidents and workers’ compensation claims. Since joining the Law Offices of Ogle, Elrod & Baril in 2008, Mr. Frye has resolved over 500 claims and lawsuits.

Jennifer K. O’Connell received her Bachelor’s of Science from the East Tennessee State University Honors College in 2006. Jennifer then studied law at the Appalachian School of Law and the University of Tennessee College of Law, receiving her Juris Doctorate in 2009. As an Associate at Ogle, Elrod, & Baril, Jennifer focuses on the fields of Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, and Bankruptcy.

Licensed to practice law in both Georgia and Tennessee, Rachel Sanders is the newest addition to our law firm. Ms. Sanders was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee and is a graduate of Powell High School. After attending Middle Tennessee State University, where she played on the women's golf team, was president of Alpha Delta Pi, and graduated Magna Cum Laude, she taught marketing at South Doyle High School. Ms. Sanders began her legal career clerking for an Atlanta law firm while attending law school at Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. During law school, Ms. Sanders was a member of the Moot Court Team and a national Moot Court competitor. Ms. Sanders’ primary practice centers around Family Law which entails every facet of family life from divorce to adoption; including but not limited to child support, custody, alimony, contempt proceedings, mediation, juvenile court proceedings and orders of protection.
